Shipping Policy

After you place your order the shipping process will begin:

*Once you place your order you will receive an email from management stating your order was received.( if there are any issues with your payment management will notify you immediately)

 

*Please allow 1-3 days for your payment to process. (This process will occur on ALL orders. If we have No processing fee wait we will post that information on our Instagram @goldencoast hair.


*We do not ship orders on weekends. If you place an order on Friday the 1-3 day wait of processing does not begin until that Monday. Please keep in mind that we try to get all orders out in a timely manor, but this rule does apply.

 

*After your order is placed it takes 3-4 days for the hair to arrive. Once the hair arrives we will begin the packaging stages.

 

*After the hair is packaged we will then ship it out and provide tracking numbers. All tracking numbers will be sent to the email that was provided through PayPal. If you have any changes to your email please be sure to contact PayPal

 

*All orders are shipped to the address that was provided through PayPal, so please make sure that everything is correct because once we ship the hair it is out of our control.

*If you attend Prairie View A&M University please make sure you email us so that we can have a central location on where to meet up to retrieve your hair.

 

*We DO NOT provide OVERNIGHT shipping. All United States Shipping is $12 . International Rates vary depending on location.(Prices are found under international shipping) All orders will take 2-4 business days depending on location.(Please keep in mind that we do not control how fast USPS ships. If you live in Houston TX it will get you faster than if you lived in Brooklyn New York, it just depends on where you live)

 *Once we ship the hair and we provide you with a tracking number it is out of our hands. It is your duty to keep track of your hair. If you live in an apartment complex check your leasing office before emailing us.

*When tracking numbers are sent out WE ALWAYS make a post on our instagram @goldencoasthair so please do not email us asking where is your tracking number because we will post when they are sent.

*When shipping during holidays and certain weather conditions please keep in mind that there may be a delay and once again we cannot control that. We do apologize for all inconvenience during this time.

 

*If there ever is a reason where an order will be delayed or tracking numbers will not be sent at a certain time, we will send an email, but if you do not receive an email regarding this issue during your order process then everything is going smoothly with your order.


*As of 3/20/2014 it is now required for everyone that orders to sign for your package upon delivery(Unless you go to Prairie View A&M University, we will hand deliver it to you)
