Cancellation Policy:

At any time before your order is processed if you have to cancel your order we will charge a $80.00 restocking fee. Please make sure you are purchasing the correct products. We prefer that you email or text us all day to get the right product instead of ordering and then cancelling. There are no exemptions to this rule even if you used a discount code.

Refunds:

NO REFUNDS. Our website is very detailed and if you have any questions please ask before you order. The only way a refund will be made is if the issue was from our company but we make sure that we inspect all hair before it is shipped out.
